Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and components are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
